In the Windows search type Powershell then right-click on Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator. Now type the following in the Powershell and hit enter: Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

Run the DISM command. If the above command doesn’t work on your device, use this alternative command.

Restart your PC to save the changes and check if the Microsoft Store issue is fixed or not.
